Effective from Friday 6th August 2021, our retail showroom will be CLOSED due to the Victorian COVID-19 lockdown and reopen to the public at this stage on the 13th of August 2021. The reopening date is subject to change as per the Victorian Government's announcements.

Delivery and click and collect is still available through online orders that remain business as usual. Click & Collect orders are available from 9.00 am - 4.00 pm. 

Special Notice for Deliveries within Victoria:
Our courier StarTrack will return ALL deliveries to the sender if no one is present on the premises to sign for goods in Victoria until further notice due to COVID-19 restrictions. To summarise, they will not be taking shipments to a post office or a depot. StarTrack will send goods directly back to Videoguys Australia. To avoid a redelivery charge, please ensure to provide an appropriate address where there is someone readily available to accept the delivery—the option to give notice for authority to leave also remains. "Authority to leave" is an option available when ordering online and proceeding through the checkout phase. However, this is at your own risk, and Videoguys Australia will not be responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen goods if "authority to leave" is chosen when ordering online.
