Tentacle Sync TRACK E Basic Box Pocket Audio Recorder with Timecode Support (Recorder Unit Only)
Tentacle Sync TRACK E Basic Box Pocket Audio Recorder with Timecode Support (Recorder Unit Only)
The Tentacle Sync TRACK E Basic Box Pocket Audio Recorder with Timecode Support (Recorder Unit Only) can easily fit in your pocket for recording. This allows mobile operation, for example, as a recorder for a clip-on microphone, eliminating the need for a radio link. This means the TRACK E will work in environments where regular wireless transmitters fail.
Controllable through the Setup App for iOS or Android, it seamlessly integrates into the Tentacle Sync ecosystem. The app lets you synchronise the timecode and operate as many Tentacle devices as you need via Bluetooth. You can monitor audio wirelessly and the app will notify you immediately if something doesn‘t go as planned. You can sync, start and stop your TRACK E devices from your Apple Watch for even more convenience.
TRACK E features 32-bit floating point technology for a significantly extended dynamic range. 32-bit floating point also means that no digital clipping will occur, making the TRACK E a versatile set-&-forget-device that will always deliver high-quality audio. With the TRACK E, users can treat audio similarly to how photographers use the RAW camera photo format. All details can be adjusted in post-production, significantly reducing the preparation time before you start shooting. In addition, regular 24-bit recording is supported as well.
The TRACK E includes a 16 GB microSD card for recording, an input limiter, and a high-pass filter guarantee for pristine recording quality. A 3.5 mm locking connector offers a secure connection for your microphone. In addition to wireless sync, TRACK E features standard SMPTE timecode input/output to connect to other timecode devices. A free Tentacle Sync Studio (Mac) license is included with every TRACK E purchase.
Tentacle Sync has introduced several new features to the TRACK E units through their new firmware update (2.4.1), including output timecode. Click here for further details or to update your TRACK E unit.
