Closed Monday (10/03) Victorian Labour Day + Cyclone Alfred Update

Labour Day + Cyclone Alfred Update

Videoguys Australia will be closed on Monday, March 10th, for the Victorian Labour Day public holiday. All orders placed during this time will be processed when we return on Tuesday, March 11th, at 9 AM.

Additionally, due to extreme weather conditions caused by Cyclone Alfred, Australia Post and StarTrack have advised that mail and parcel deliveries in and out of northern NSW (down to Coffs Harbour) and all of Queensland will be impacted.

Australia Post is working hard to prepare for Tropical Cyclone Alfred. The extreme weather conditions significantly impact mail and parcel networks, leading to delivery delays across northern NSW (down to Coffs Harbour) and all of Queensland. The safety of their staff and the community is their top priority, and they are working closely with local teams to monitor the situation.

All Australia Post and StarTrack network operations in South-East Queensland and parts of northern NSW (down to Coffs Harbour) are currently paused. Post Offices in affected areas are also closed. Please check the Post Office Locator for the latest updates. Operations will recommence, and Post Offices will reopen when it is safe.

In the coming days, deliveries to these areas are expected to be significantly delayed due to ongoing severe weather and strain on parcel services. This will not only impact existing inbound deliveries but may also affect supply chains, causing delays in fulfilling specific orders. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible.

I usually can't be bothered with reviews.If I get good services I just keep coming back if the service is not to my liking I move on. However, on this occasion I feel I need to give the video guys a wrap. Their service is fantastic I have had the need to do more research when purchasing some products, and as we all know, film, video and photographic equipment is not cheap. I just reach out to these guys I get emailed back within 24hours with all the information I need.Furthermore I get advice on the most cost effective way to solve my problem.
