CREDIT ACCOUNTS: Accounts may be opened for Government Departments, Education and selected incorporated businesses, subject to credit checks. Previous trading history a must (Govt. Dpts excepted). All Goods shall remain the property of Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd until such time as the customer has paid the full price of the goods.
Our web site in equipped with real-time freight calculator, so you can easily add items to your shopping cart and it will give you the exact cost of your delivery, based on the weight and volume of the items(s).
- Startrack Will deliver to PO Boxes. ( As of the 1st of July 2012 StarTrack have imposed an additional $8.00 surcharge for all PO Box Deliveries. If you want to avoid this additional surcharge please send to a regular street address if possible.)
- For your additional security, Startrack Express Couriers require a signature when delivering your parcel. If no one is at home or work at the time of delivery, a note will be left directing you to the nearest post office or Startrack depot to collect and sign for the item.

The delivery times quoted below are from the time of dispatch from our warehouse, not from the time the order is placed online.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, i.e. flight delays, weather conditions and acts of God, it may be that this time will be extended. Also for some Rural Areas, this time may be extended. Videoguys Australia is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the Carrier during transit. Availability of particular stock items may also be an issue from time to time. All orders MUST BE placed before the 1.00 pm cut off time for same day dispatch. Orders placed during weekends, holidays or after hours will be processed the next business day.
We no longer ship outside Australia.
Although we do our best to keep our stock levels up on most items we cannot guarantee availability on all items so we encourage a formal query to be made especially for 'Urgent' items prior to Ordering. Items in stock will be allocated and reserved only to customers with a formal purchase order or website order.
In the event you have an urgent need for a particular item, please call us before placing your order to verify if it's in stock.
Our secure online ordering system is a live transaction processing system. This means that when you place an order for an item, you will be automatically charged. We verify all your details via electronic means, and may also call you for a verbal confirmation before any goods are sent to you. You "the customer" must be contactable on a land line at the listed delivery address or work address, mobile phone or unlisted numbers will required further verification. We do not accept payment of credit sent via e-mail or overseas customers who have foreign credit card.
You will only be charged for the goods ordered plus the freight charge. In most cases, if you are using a American Express or Diners Club Credit Card, then a Surcharge will be applied.
As listed in our policy section, all your details are strictly kept for Videoguys Australia purposes only. In regards to credit card details, we will use the card number provided for the immediate order placed. Unless otherwise requested or authorised by you " the customer", your card details are then permanently discarded and not stored on any database, on-line server etc. You will therefore require your credit card details for any future online purchases.
Please Note: Due to our anti-fraud Security Features - Customers that try to place Orders from Overseas or try to use a Foreign issued Credit Cards on our website will find that their payment will not be accepted. Also Customers that use Foreign IP Address within Australia, will also find that their order Payment will be rejected. Direct Deposit (Wire Transfer) will only be the acceptable method of payment if you are from overseas.
We only ship within Australia. We only accept Australian issued credit cards on our website from Only within Australia.

• We are not responsible for typographical errors.
• From time to time manufacturer's specifications are subject to change without notice as they improve their products therefore information as well as pictures and hyperlinks contained throughout this website can sometimes be out of date.
• We do not own or publish the content of the respective manufacturer's website therefore the products we carry may sometime be different in content, packaging as well as technical specification as described by the links. If unsure and you have a specific requirement for a product please contact our sales team to confirm it otherwise we can not be held liable for any incorrect information supplied by the links on the website.
• All goods remain property of Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.
• Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any products or specials listed on its website and to update prices and stock availability according to the market condition without notice.
• All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of GST, but does not include delivery (only if marked "Free Shipping"), and is based on payment by either Cash, EFTPOS, Money Order, PayPal, or Direct Deposit. Credit card payment such as Amex/Diners will incur a 3% to 4% surcharge respectively.
Please be aware that if you are doing direct deposit payment using an internet banking from a different bank other than Commonwealth Bank, it may take up to 48 hours to show up in our account. We do not ship orders out until payment is fully confirmed to be 'cleared' fund in our account.
• All products advertised do not include the cost for any installation or troubleshooting compatibility issues. If you require assistance on installation/troubleshooting, this will be charged at our standard labour charge of $95/hour.
• As errors and omissions may occur, pricing, product information and availability is not final until it has been confirmed by Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd staff either by email, phone or in person.
• Price matching/discounting is only at Videoguys Australia Pty Ltd's discretion. As other competitors may not offer the same exact product, have stock, or offer the same warranty and service support as we do.
• All prices are subject to change without notice. By placing the order, the customer has agreed to pay the prices as listed on the order form at the time the order was originally submitted. However we reserve the right to increase/reduce the price for items that are not in stock (stock with order only status) at the time of ordering as final/latest pricing can only be confirmed at the time of purchase from our supplier. For all other items that are in stock or order that is already completed, the price will remain as is, we will not offer rebate or reimbursement of price differences in this situation.

If order is placed Mon-Thurs prior to 1:00pm, it is Processed same-day and Dispatched same-night.
If order is placed Fri PRIOR to 1:00pm, it is Processed same-day and Dispatched same-night.
If order is placed between Fri AFTER 1:00pm and Monday prior to 1:00pm, it is Processed Monday and Dispatched Monday night.

Please note: that the above times are usually accurate but delays may occur at peak times in the year or other unforeseen situations. We aim to never delay the processing of an order by any more than one day. If an item is not in stock, obvious delays will occur until the item is received by us from the manufacturer.

An integral part of the order processing system is the verification of the information you have given us. We use a variety of online resources to cross-reference your details.
Customer Is Called For A Verbal Confirmation
Pursuant to our aim for high security and a safe and pleasant on-line shopping experience, all orders placed with Videoguys Australia are verbally confirmed*. You will receive a phone call on the number given with your order during the processing times as above.
If we cannot make contact with you, we will leave a message if such a service is available. We will also send you an email asking you to return our call.
We will not dispatch an order unless verbal confirmation is made with you.
*If you are an existing customer or have bought from us before we will not bother in calling you, and process your order promptly or if you have already made contact prior to ordering online.
Once the goods leave our warehouse you will receive a email with the Consignment number and name courier company so you can track your parcel(s) the Moment it leaves our warehouse.
Please Note:
Couriers cannot phone prior to delivery as this is not part of their policy.
Videoguys Australia cannot accept requests for deliveries to be made on certain times of day or days of the week.
Your goods will be delivered as soon as the courier is in your area.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to contact the courier and make further delivery arrangements.
A re-shipping fee may apply.
