Just to clarify, Videoguys requires a signature on delivery for our shipments for security reasons, so the carrier is not authorised to simply leave the parcel unattended or place it in a letterbox. This is particularly important given the value of many of the products we ship. We are disappointed to hear that the reason provided by the carrier regarding a locked gate doesn’t appear to reflect the situation at your property, and we’re happy to raise that with StarTrack.
