Cyclone Alfred: Service Update

To our valued customers in South-East Queensland and Northern New South Wales,

Due to extreme weather conditions caused by Cyclone Alfred, Australia Post and StarTrack have advised that mail and parcel deliveries in and out of the region will be impacted.

Australia Post and StarTrack operations will be paused from midnight Wednesday, 5 March, and Post Offices in affected areas will close from Thursday, 6 March, until further notice. Services will resume as soon as conditions allow.

In the coming days, deliveries to these areas are expected to be significantly delayed due to ongoing severe weather and strain on parcel services. This will not only impact existing inbound deliveries but may also affect supply chains, causing delays in fulfilling specific orders. If your order is affected, we will notify you immediately.
