    The RODE Boompole provides up to 3m of extension for shotgun microphones. It is a precision-balanced professional boompole for location recording. Machined from high-grade, lightweight aluminium, the Boompole allows you to mount your microphone securely and swivel it in a range of directions to easily follow your sound source. It has a reach of 3.3 metres and weighs 980 grams.
    The pole uses a 3/8" industry-standard thread and is designed to fit SM3 Shockmounts, RMS Stand Mounts (NT5, NTG1 & NTG2), and VideoMic. The five-section pole collapses down to 84cm for easy portability.
