The Behringer FLOW 8 is a compact digital mixer designed to simplify recording, mixing, streaming and live performance. The FLOW 8 features two Midas-designed microphone preamps with +48V phantom power, two additional combo XLR/TRS mic/line inputs and four 1/4" line/Hi-Z inputs for instruments such as guitar and bass. Each channel includes a 4-band EQ and compressor, while the main and monitor buses provide 9-band EQ and limiting. Two independent studio-grade effects engines offer 16 presets each, including reverbs, delays and modulation effects.

For recording and streaming, the built-in 10 x 2-channel USB audio interface provides 24-bit/48 kHz operation, with multichannel recording and playback capabilities. Bluetooth audio streaming makes it easy to add backing tracks, music or other audio sources without additional cables.

EZ-GAIN Assisted Gain Staging

The EZ-GAIN system simplifies one of the most important parts of setting up a mixer—input gain. It monitors the incoming signal and automatically adjusts the channel gain to provide optimum headroom, helping minimise noise and distortion. It can monitor one or multiple channels simultaneously and can also automatically engage +48V phantom power on microphone inputs when required.

Wireless Remote Control & Setup

The FLOW app provides comprehensive remote control from compatible iOS and Android phones and tablets. Users can adjust channel levels, EQ, compression, effects, main PA settings and monitor mixes from wherever they need to be.

The app also includes an assisted setup wizard that guides users through selecting input types, connecting equipment and choosing appropriate presets, making the FLOW 8 accessible to beginners.

Total Recall

Mixer configurations can be saved and recalled as snapshots, allowing settings for different performers, venues or applications to be restored quickly. The FLOW app supports an unlimited snapshot library, while the hardware provides 15 internal snapshot storage slots. A connected footswitch can also be used to trigger snapshot changes during a performance.

Built-In Effects

Two independent studio-grade effects engines provide 16 presets each, giving you a wide range of processing options for vocals and instruments. The effects include multiple reverb programs as well as delay and modulation effects, with adjustable parameters for further sound shaping.

Bluetooth Audio Streaming

The integrated Bluetooth receiver allows wireless playback of music, backing tracks and other audio directly through the mixer. Bluetooth audio playback operates independently from the Bluetooth Low Energy connection used for remote control, allowing separate devices to handle playback and mixer control.

USB Multichannel Interface

The built-in USB interface provides up to 10 recording tracks and 4 playback channels, making the FLOW 8 suitable for home recording, podcasting, live streaming and DAW applications. Individual input signals or the main stereo mix can be routed to a computer for recording, editing or streaming without requiring a separate USB audio interface.
