The Avenger A2033LCB Sliding Leg C-Stand (3.25m, Black) features black steel construction and a 3-section column with 2 risers. The innovative design of the base allows the individual legs to be set at any angle allowing positioning in locations not possible with classic stands. One of the legs slides along the centre column to accommodate uneven terrain. The legs fold flat for easy storage. One leg is able to slide along the lower part of the riser to compensate for uneven terrain or to rest on an apple box for levelling.

Quality costs but is worth it.
You get what you pay for' & this is so true when it comes to heavy duty stands for my photography needs. This is the 2nd one I bought from Videoguys. They simply give you more piece of mind when loading up my Elinchrom studio lights & modifiers in the field. The extension out to 10' also gives added flexibility, they pack up in a flash & ability to setup on uneven ground firmly is second to none. Highly recommend them

Solid, sturdy, good value
I use these in a teaching classroom with media students, new to video production work. The stands are solid, very sturdy, extremely tall when needed, and will safely hold our lights and booms. The only issue (and only when setting up) is that the setup mechanism is... well... strange! Rotating the legs to the set positions feels awkward, however, once in place, they are fine and stay where they should be.
