Delivery Options for Online Purchases

When you shop online at Videoguys Australia, we offer a range of convenient delivery options so you can receive your purchases when and where you need them. During checkout, we’ll show you the available delivery options and their costs based on the contents of your cart and your delivery location.

Standard Processing Times and Procedures

All orders follow the procedure outlined below:

In-Stock Orders (indicated as "In Stock"):

  • Monday–Friday (before 1:00pm AEST): Processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Friday (after 1:00pm) to Monday (before 1:00pm): Processed and dispatched on Monday.

Out-of-Stock Orders (indicated as "At Supplier", "Special Order", "Pre-Order", or "Back Ordered"):

Please check the product page for estimated shipping times. If a timeframe is not listed, we will contact you. It’s important to confirm product availability before ordering—cancellation fees may apply for items not in stock. (See our Terms of Sale for more information.)


Standard Delivery (Estimated 2–12 Business Days)

This is the most economical delivery method, with timeframes depending on your location and the item's dispatch point. Tracking is included where available.

  • Australia Post Standard (2–12 Days): Ideal for smaller items, fully tracked once lodged with Australia Post.
  • Australia Post Express (2–4 Days): Faster option for many metro and regional areas. Tracking updates provided. If no one is home, Australia Post will redirect to your nearest post office or collection point.

Courier Delivery (Next Business Day)

We offer next-day delivery via courier to metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.

  • StarTrack Express (2–3 Days): Often used for larger items. Tracking and redirection options available. If undelivered, parcels may be redirected to a depot or collection point depending on your area.
  • Eligibility: Orders must be placed before 1:00pm Monday to Friday.
  • Carriers: Australia Post Express or StarTrack Express depending on the item size, availability, and dispatch location.
  • Tracking updates are sent once the parcel is picked up by the courier. If you're not home, it will be redirected to the nearest collection hub or post office.
  • Availability of this option is determined at checkout based on item eligibility and shipping location.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries. Please review the information below to familiarise yourself with any exceptions or conditions that may apply to your location.

Item Restrictions

Before completing your purchase, please ensure that the items are compatible with your country's standards and regulations. It is your responsibility to verify that your country permits the importation of the items you intend to purchase.

Occasionally, manufacturer or government restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products outside Australia.

Shipping Information

Videoguys ships most international orders via DHL Express and Australia Post International. Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Weight
  • Dimensions
  • Value (for insurance purposes)
  • Destination

Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on the items and packaging requirements.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included in our item prices or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For further details, please consult your local customs office.

Order Verification & Security

All orders undergo verification using secure online resources. To ensure a safe and secure shopping experience, we require verbal confirmation for first-time customers. You will be contacted by phone during processing hours.

  • If unreachable, we’ll leave a voicemail (where possible) and follow up via email.
  • Returning customers or those who’ve made prior contact will not require a call.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, including the courier name and consignment number.

Please note:

  • Couriers cannot phone prior to delivery.
  • We cannot accept requests for delivery at specific times or days.
  • Your goods will be delivered as soon as the courier is in your area.
  • If you're not home, a card will be left to arrange redelivery.
  • A re-shipping fee may apply.

By placing an order on videoguys.com.au, you agree to our Terms and Conditions which cover ordering, processing, fulfilment, and delivery. Please review our full Terms of Sale before ordering.

Important things to note:

  • If the courier cannot leave your order in a safe location, then it will be taken to the nearest store and one of our store team members will be in touch to re-organise delivery.
  • Dog owners: Please keep your furry friends secured so our delivery courier can safely leave your order on the premises.
  • Videoguys Australia will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen as a result of selecting a safe delivery instruction. For more information, please see Section 9 in our Terms of Sale.
