StarTrack Express
Our website includes a real-time freight calculator that calculates delivery costs based on weight and volume, displayed directly in your shopping cart.
- Note: An additional $8 surcharge applies for PO Box deliveries. To avoid this fee, please provide a street address if possible.
- For added security, StarTrack requires a signature on delivery. If unavailable, they’ll leave a note for collection at the nearest depot.
Important: Delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the order placement date.
International Shipping via DHL/Australia Post
International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that some brands cannot be shipped internationally due to manufacturer policies.

Pricing
All prices on our website include GST but exclude delivery unless marked as "Free Shipping." For direct deposit payments from non-Commonwealth Bank accounts, processing may take up to 48 hours.
Standard Processing Procedure
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1:00 PM. Delays may occur during peak periods.
Delivery
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery schedules are set by the courier; if unavailable for delivery, a collection card will be provided.
