The amaran Verge Max is a full-sized, high-output LED panel engineered for content creators, livestreamers, and professional video production environments. With up to 6750 lux at 0.5 m and a broad CCT range of 2700K to 6500K, it delivers studio-quality lighting with precise control, wireless app integration, and a fanless, silent design—making it equally suitable for both mobile and static setups.
Built with advanced bi-colour output, the Verge Max offers fine-tuned control over warmth and coolness to match ambient conditions or creative intent. It includes Daylight and Tungsten modes, preprogrammed lighting effects, and smooth 0–100% dimming that can be controlled directly on the unit or remotely via the amaran Bluetooth app (Android & iOS). The app enables real-time adjustments, firmware updates, and grouping control with a wireless range of up to 100 metres.
The fixture offers excellent colour fidelity, with ratings of CRI 96, TLCI 98, and TM-30 Rf 94 / Rg 102, ensuring skin tones and surfaces render with accuracy on camera. SSI values of 83 at 3200K and 72 at 5600K meet broadcast and cinema-grade standards.
Despite its large surface area—24.4 x 23.6 inches—the Verge Max remains portable and lightweight at 3.6 kg, and includes a clamp stand for flexible rigging in desktop, ceiling, or light boom setups. The built-in display provides real-time feedback on intensity, colour temperature, and status, while the passive cooling system ensures silent operation, even during long shoots.
Power is delivered via USB-C, drawing a maximum of 60W, and is compatible with a wide range of PD power banks or standard AC (110–220V) using the included adapter and cable. The fixture also features a proprietary mounting system and accessory interface for future modifiers.
