    DZOFilm's PAVO 40mm T2.1 2x Anamorphic Prime Lens captures excellent cinematic images with a retro anamorphic aesthetic. This blue-coated lens, designed to cover the Super35 sensor of cine-style cameras, has a maximum aperture of T2.1 and employs 2x magnification, achieving what is commonly referred to as "true" anamorphic imaging with a 2.39:1 aspect ratio and boasting exceptional "waterfall" bokeh and elegant blue horizontal flares.

    The lens can focus at close range, avoiding constraints common with certain anamorphic lenses, and its low-distortion barrel design keeps all of the beneficial characteristics of anamorphic photography without sacrificing image quality. Using the accompanying EF bayonet, the PAVO's PL mount may be readily converted to an EF mount. The focus marks are defined in feet, and the lens's compact size and lightweight build make it a great choice for cameras mounted on drones, mechanical and electronic stabilisers, and handheld scenarios where weight is crucial.
