Whether you're streaming to YouTube or conducting a Zoom or Teams presentation, the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 delivers dramatically improved video quality with advanced switching and broadcast-level transitions.
One of the standout features of the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is its ability to record all 8 inputs simultaneously as ISO files, allowing for seamless post-production editing and Multicam replays. With built-in streaming capabilities, you can go live without additional encoders. Thunderbolt and high-speed CFexpress support enable real-time video capture, playback, and fast access to media files—locally or over a 10G Ethernet network. You can even turn it into a shared network disk, allowing teams to collaborate remotely with support for Blackmagic Cloud.
Audio is just as professional, with balanced XLR and MADI inputs, a Fairlight status display, and front-panel headphone monitoring. The ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 also integrates tightly with DaVinci Resolve, allowing advanced live replay workflows. When connected via Thunderbolt, DaVinci can access ISO files directly, enabling point-of-interest replays, Multicam sequencing, optical flow speed changes, and immediate publishing to social media. This creates a post-production workflow that traditional replay systems can’t match.
The unit's front panel offers a hands-on production experience, high-end buttons, a manual transition fader, and a dedicated audio mixer section complete with HDMI live audio metering. It even includes a media pool supporting 200-frame animations, DVE effects, chroma keying, and more.
