Designed for content creators, filmmakers, and photographers, this compact 6.5 x 6.1 x 4.7" (16.5 x 15.5 x 12cm) COB LED light delivers high brightness, versatile colour control, and multiple power and mounting options — all in a lightweight and travel-friendly form.

The RC 220C covers a wide colour temperature range of 2500K to 10,000K, supporting both warm and cool lighting styles, while full RGBWC colour mixing unlocks up to 36,000 colour options. With a high CRI of 97, you can expect superior colour accuracy across any lighting scenario. Whether used as background fill, accent lighting, or a main key source, it ensures even, natural lighting without colour distortions.

This monolight delivers impressive brightness — 8,680 lux at 1 metre (bare light at 5600K), boosted up to 51,400 lux with the included reflector. The compact build, weighing just 1.77kg, makes it ideal for run-and-gun shoots or compact studio setups. Thanks to GaN technology, the RC 220C achieves a 48% more compact size compared to traditional COB lights, while maintaining full power.

Packed with creative features, the RC 220C includes built-in lighting effects such as paparazzi, fireworks, lightning, TV, party, police car, flame, flicker, and more. You also get professional tools like green/magenta adjustment, HSI mode, and a gel mode compatible with Rosco and LEE filters.

Control is easy and flexible, with three control options:

• Onboard controls with physical knobs and a clear side screen

• SmallGoGo app (wireless control up to 100m)

• Wired DMX support (with optional DMX adapter)

For power, the RC 220C can run via the included AC power adapter (with a 6-metre cable), or V-mount and NP-F batteries (NP-F adapter sold separately). A built-in V-mount plate adds convenience for portable setups.

It’s also fully compatible with Bowens mount modifiers, allowing you to pair it with softboxes, barn doors, beauty dishes, or umbrellas via the built-in umbrella receiver. The adjustable locking handle, support column with damping, and 220° tilting range offer safe and precise positioning.

Operating quietly at just 28 dB, the light includes a silent mode (20% output) for audio-sensitive shoots, and a fan mode (full power) for maximum performance.

Stored in the included carry bag, the SmallRig RC 220C is a powerful, compact, and colourful lighting solution — perfectly suited for both studio and on-location production work.
