Manfrotto 1051BAC Alu Mini Compact Air-Cushioned Stand (Black, 2.1m)

perfect for our lights and microphones!We had a previous model (also by manfrotto, slightly larger and heavier, can't remember the specific model), and the plastic clips that allow the stands to be clipped together they broke within a few weeks of very light to normal use. I hope that these light stands (Manfrotto 1051BAC Alu Mini Air Cushioned Compact Stand, Black) don't break too...

Great solid stand for my small LED lights.

This is a great product with excellent quality, but did not suit my needs. I wanted something small and light that could fit inside my travel case and this product delivers on those fronts. But when set up, the small footprint translates into a less sturdy light stand. This is probably perfect for tight areas with small lights attached. But for my 900 LED lights (which aren't overly large or heavy) it wasn't as sturdy as I'd like.

Like all Manfrotto products I own, these stands are well built and very sturdy. You can really tell the difference from the cheaper stands. My only concern is that the footprint of these stands is much smaller than other similarly sized stands. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend using the full height of the stands and shooting in windy conditions may cause issues.
