Delivery and Service Update
We are pleased to share that Australia Post and Startrack operations have resumed in southeast Queensland and northern New South Wales following ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. They are working hard to deliver parcels to and from the affected regions as efficiently as possible.
All Post Offices in the area have reopened.
While services are back to normal, some delivery delays may still occur as they clear the backlog caused by the severe weather. Delays vary by area, so we encourage you to track your parcel online or via the AusPost app for real-time updates.
