I'm a fulltime Wedding & Events Videographer & have used Videoguys Australia for the last few years. I have just purchased the New Atomos Shinobi 7ii Monitor & was very impressed on how the order was processed. It was done online late last friday & the Item was delivered this morning (Tuesday) to country NSW without any issues. I was informed of the process of my order & delivery time at regular intervals. The item itself well & truely exceded my expectations. Thankyou Videoguys Australia. Highly Recomended. Great Service.
The wear itself is fine but I strongly recommend video guys choose a different carrier - star tracks claimed they couldn’t deliver the item due to a locked gate. A) no gates to the property have locks on them and b) the parcel would have easily fitted in our large letterbox but they clearly didn’t even try
After return of malfunctioning Amaran led light, Jon chased up having the distributor deal with it and then returning as soon as able to me. Great service as usual.

The guys went completely above and beyond to get a DJI RS4 mini in time for my son’s high school shoot. They called to let me know it was out of stock and would be a week or two away. When I explained it was for his high school production and scheduled to shoot during the upcoming holidays, they called back less than an hour later to say they had rung around and found another distributor with an RS4 mini. It arrived today in plenty of time and we are most grateful. Will only be buying through these guys now. Fantastic old school customer service and the price was already competitive to start with. 5 stars!
Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve been buying AV equipment from Videoguys for a number of years and have always had a great experience. My order was packed and put out for delivery the day I placed it.
An item of the order was available through back order (as listed on their website), but they took the time and effort to make contact and explained when they were expecting the next batch before they passed it on for delivery.
Can't ask for more than that. Excellent communication and super fast shipping times.
Shipping costs were pretty reasonable as well.
