• The FX6 Full-Frame Camera from Sony was developed to offer versatile, cine-style imaging in a truly compact form. With the ability to capture up to 15+ stops of dynamic range, Sony's S-Cinetone gamma for filmlike skin tones, and up to 10-bit, 4:2:2 XAVC-I recording, the FX6 is poised to both supplement your FX9 or VENICE capture and to nimbly take on the documentary, gimbal, and drone shoots on its own. The FX6 camera combines a 4K full-frame Exmor R sensor with a BIONX XR engine for extremely sensitive capture in a range of settings using a base ISO of 800 as well as an ISO 12800 high-sensitivity mode for nuanced low-light scenes.

  Weighing just 890g, the FX6 body is a full 890g lighter than the FX9, it packs a full-frame sensor into a body comparable to the S35-sensor Sony FS5. • The Sony E-Mount 24-70mm f/2.8 G-Master Standard Zoom is a wide-angle to short telephoto lens with a fast standard zoom favoured for its versatility, designed for E-mount mirrorless cameras. Featuring a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture, this lens maintains consistent performance throughout the zoom range and benefits working in low-light conditions and with selective focus techniques. Complementing the apt light-gathering capabilities is an equally impressive optical design, which incorporates three aspherical elements and two extra-low dispersion elements. One of the aspherical elements features an XA (extreme aspherical) designation, ensuring its refined surface precision and notable ability to minimise spherical aberrations throughout the zoom range. Additionally, a Nano AR Coating has been applied to individual elements to significantly minimise lens flare and ghosting for increased contrast and colour neutrality. Pairing a sophisticated optical design and versatile speed, this standard zoom is well-suited for use in a wide array of environments and lighting conditions.
  Beyond the attributes of the lens system itself, this 24-70mm is also characterised by a Direct Drive SSM (Super Sonic wave Motor) system that provides fast, quiet AF performance as well as responsive manual focus handling. The lens is also dust- and moisture-sealed, to permit working in inclement weather conditions, and nuanced details, such as a focus hold button and rubberized control dials, further the intuitiveness in handling.

• Facilitating fast file transfers up to 10 Gb/s, the Sony MRW-G2 is a memory card reader designed specifically for CFexpress Type A memory cards, as well as SD/SDHC/SDXC card types. • The Sony BP-U70 is a high-performance 72Wh lithium-ion battery compatible with select Sony professional video cameras, such as the FS7 (see below). It's designed to communicate status data to the camera, and the remaining capacity is displayed on the camera's viewfinder. This battery is rechargeable in approximately 150 minutes using the optional BC-U1A/U2A charger. A 4-LED gauge displays remaining capacity as 20, 40, 60, and 80%.
