The SmallRig 4236C 4" Suction Cup Camera Mount Kit for Vehicle Shooting is a professional mounting solution designed for securely attaching cameras and accessories to smooth, non-porous surfaces for vehicle rigs, time-lapse photography, and other creative filming applications. The kit includes a durable 4-inch suction cup, a versatile magic arm, and a protective dust cover for convenient storage and extended service life.

Constructed primarily from robust, wear-resistant NBR rubber, the suction cup maintains a strong airtight seal and reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. A manually operated vacuum pump with an integrated warning-line indicator ensures safe, dependable mounting by clearly indicating when additional pumping is required to restore full vacuum pressure. The aluminium alloy base features 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, and ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes, making it compatible with accessories such as SmallRig 3757B, 3873, 3874, and 2906B.

The included magic arm connects quickly via a NATO clamp, allowing fast and flexible positioning of cameras for vehicle-mounted or indoor time-lapse shooting. The mount supports a recommended payload of up to 3kg when used on vehicles, and is compatible with a wide range of cameras and action cameras, including the Sony ZV-E10, Canon EOS M50, GoPro HERO13/12/11/10/9 (with Cage 3084C), and DJI Action 5 Pro (with Cage 4119C).

Important Notes

• Suitable only for clean, dry, smooth, non-porous surfaces. Do not use on rough, wet, uneven, dirty, fragile, painted, breathable, or textured surfaces.
• Always inspect the suction cup and filter cotton before use and ensure they are clean and undamaged.
• When mounted to a vehicle, use a safety cable tether, keep the payload below 3kg, drive at speeds below 80km/h (50mph), and check the vacuum every 2 hours.
• In static laboratory testing, the suction cup achieved a maximum vertical suction force of 35kg and horizontal suction force of 50kg. Actual performance depends on the mounting surface and operating conditions.
• When the warning-line indicator becomes visible, immediately pump the plunger until full vacuum pressure is restored.
• Follow all operating instructions carefully. Damage resulting from improper use is not covered under warranty.
