The SmallRig 5" Electric Suction Cup Mount 5398 is a professional all-in-one mounting system designed specifically for vehicle-based filming and dynamic production workflows. It integrates an electric suction cup, a ball-head magic arm, and a safety tether into a single versatile platform, delivering fast, secure attachment and real-time operational monitoring. The system features a high-performance motor capable of activating suction in under 100 milliseconds, while an integrated pressure monitoring module continuously evaluates seal integrity and automatically repressurises the cup when pressure drops below 75%, ensuring consistent adhesion during use.

Powered by a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery, the unit supports USB-C QC fast charging (5V/2A), achieving a full charge in approximately 45 minutes and delivering up to 30 hours of continuous runtime. The suction cup is constructed from durable nitrile rubber, providing reliable sealing performance across temperatures from -25°C to 60°C (-13°F to 140°F) without deformation. It offers strong load capacity, supporting up to 40kg (88 lb) in vertical or side mounting and up to 60kg (132 lb) in horizontal applications under ideal conditions.
