Ikan PS01 Production Slate

Purchased this product in December, was really happy with the price and look of the product. I unboxed the product at home and the clapper had come of the whiteboard area of the slate. I called Videoguys immediately and they were shocked and told me to bring it in straight away. Being back and forth from the store multiple times I passed it on to one of my colleagues to look after and the store denied responsibility for this faulty product leaving us with a dodgy slate. Very disappointed.
