Featuring an aperture range of T1.4 to T22, this lens excels in low-light conditions and provides a beautifully shallow depth of field. Its 16-blade iris and carefully grouped optical elements deliver smooth, natural bokeh, ensuring high-quality visuals with rich tonal rendition.
Part of the Arles series, this lens offers a 46.5mm image circle, making it compatible with large-format sensors, including full-frame and VistaVision cameras. The design enhances light transmission, resulting in images with greater depth, dimension, and a more immersive visual experience. At maximum aperture, the lens produces a soft, low-contrast look with slightly swirling peripheral bokeh, ideal for creating a cinematic, painterly effect.
