KRK V8 Series Five 8" Powered Studio Monitor(Single)

KRK V8 Series Five 8" Powered Studio Monitor(Single) Overview

The KRK V8 Series Five 8" Powered Near-Field Reference Monitor combines advanced DSP, premium conversion, and efficient Class-D amplification to provide accurate and detailed sound for professional music production, mixing, mastering, and critical monitoring. Industry-leading ESS converters, Analog Devices DSP, and Pascal Class-D amplifier modules work together to deliver precise and efficient audio reproduction.

The V8 features an 8" dual-layer woven Kevlar woofer with a ferrite magnet and a 1" silk-dome tweeter. KRK's custom-designed transducers incorporate an optimised suspension system, aluminium shorting ring, copper cap, bucking magnet, and acoustic foam to help minimise distortion, improve linearity, control resonances, and provide extended frequency response. A dedicated waveguide helps control off-axis response for consistent monitoring throughout the listening area.

With KRK Mesh wireless technology, the V8 Series Five can be controlled remotely using the KRK Control app. Monitors can be operated individually or grouped into configurations ranging from stereo systems to full Dolby Atmos setups. Users can adjust levels and muting, compare different EQ settings A/B, update firmware, and control functions such as standby, ground lift, input sensitivity, logo LED, and backlight directly from the app.

The V8 provides 49 preset boundary EQ combinations, 7 fully parametric PRO EQs, and three user presets that can be saved and compared. A balanced XLR / ¼" TRS analog or AES3 input and AES3 Thru provide flexible connectivity, while the removable protective grille, mounting bracket point, and rear function knob provide additional flexibility for studio installation and everyday operation.
