DJI Osmo Mobile 8P is a versatile smartphone gimbal designed for creators who want smooth, stabilised footage with added flexibility and intelligent features. Lightweight yet feature-rich, it combines a built-in extension rod, advanced stabilisation, and smart connectivity to elevate mobile filmmaking and content creation.

The integrated extension rod extends up to 215mm, making it easy to capture wider angles, selfies, or dynamic overhead shots. With support for smartphones ranging from 67–84mm in width and weighing between 170–300g, it accommodates most modern devices securely via the magnetic phone clamp system.

Powered by a 3350mAh battery, the Osmo Mobile 8P delivers up to 10 hours of operation, ensuring all-day shooting. It charges via USB-C in approximately 2.5 hours and also supports phone charging through the roll axis USB-C port, keeping your device powered during extended sessions.

The gimbal offers precise control with 360° unlimited pan rotation, along with adjustable tilt and roll axes for smooth cinematic movement. A maximum control speed of 90°/s ensures responsive handling for fast-paced shooting scenarios.

Connectivity is seamless with Bluetooth 5.3 and compatibility with the DJI Mimo app (Android 9+ / iOS 15+), unlocking intelligent shooting modes and creative tools. Built-in Wi-Fi supports screen mirroring up to 25 metres, while Bluetooth control operates up to 10 metres.

The included module enhances usability with a 1.4-inch touchscreen display (240×240 resolution, 800 cd/m² brightness, 60Hz refresh rate), providing quick access to controls and settings. It features multi-system GNSS positioning (GPS, Beidou, Galileo, QZSS, GLONASS) for improved tracking and performance.

A built-in fill light with adjustable colour temperature from 2500K to 6500K and 40 lux brightness helps maintain consistent lighting in various shooting conditions.
