Compatible with EW-DX SK bodypack, EW-DX SKM handheld, and EW-DX TS tabletop transmitters, it is housed in a rugged, all-metal chassis built to withstand the rigors of touring, broadcast, corporate, and installed A/V applications. The receiver can be used on a tabletop or rackmounted using the included rackmount set, making it equally suitable for portable rigs and permanent installations.
Operating across a wide 87 MHz tuning range, the EW-DX EM 2 delivers reliable wireless performance with intelligent switching diversity, auto-scan, an equidistant tuning grid, and Link Density mode. These technologies enable high channel counts and stable operation even in challenging RF environments. Bluetooth connectivity allows remote syncing and system adjustments via the Smart Assist app, while Sennheiser Control Cockpit and Wireless Systems Manager software provide advanced computer-based control for large-scale, networked deployments.
