Called to make an adjustment to an order. The person that took my call was very knowledgeable of the items I was ordering, and what he didn't know he fully understood where to look for the info. In less than 10 minutes we discovered a device that was better for me, processed the order and completed payment. Its a rare thing these to get such service, when most of the time staff know the sku number, price, and availability, but can barely help you when trying to decide what item better suits your needs. I will be a repeat customer, and tell those I know to at least look at Videoguys before making a purchase elsewhere.
