The V-mount Epos 600 Travel Kit from Kelvin boasts the ultimate in colour management, an RGBACL light engine design, a highly effective output, and IP54-certified weather protection. This 600W lamp head's sophisticated power regulation, which limits its output to an accuracy of 0.1%, improves performance. This full-colour monolight has a generously tuneable colour temperature of 2000 to 20,000K and offers brilliant, 0 to 100% dimmable lighting for video and still productions. Many extremely accurate colours with high CRI, TLCI, CQS, and SSI ratings can be produced using the COB LED component. Another user benefit is expanding CCT, HSI, RGB, gels, effects, and XY modes to meet any lighting demand.
You can effortlessly operate the fixture from a distance using the Kelvin Narrator app on your smartphone. You can use the app to access built-in lighting effects and make unique sequences. The controller box with the kit also supports wired DMX and wireless LumenRadio in addition to touchscreen and analogue selector settings. Insert the provided 8m power cord into an AC outlet to use this all-in-one device, which operates on AC volts. Two separately available V-mount batteries can also power the Epos 600 for use in locations without power lines. The light is widely compatible with extra softboxes and many other modifiers for an additional level of light control, and it comes with a standard Bowens accessory mount for its accompanying 55° reflector. For storage and portability, a water-resistant semi-soft rolling travel case is included.
Compared to RGBWW lights, RGBACL LED chips deliver higher accurate and saturated colours with increased output. White LEDs are not used in the Cantastoria Engine, which is the foundation of the Epos 600. Instead, white light and any other colour are created by combining red, green, blue, amber, cyan, and lime LEDs. Thanks to this wide colour control range, you have a large colour palette to pick from.
