Keep your drone protected with the 2-Year Care Refresh Protection Plan with ADP for Neo from DJI. Providing two years of coverage, this manufacturer protection plan includes accidental damage protection. Replace damaged drones up to four times during the protection plan's duration, including twice due to a flyaway scenario.
Applicability
- DJI Care Refresh can be bound to a previously purchased DJI aircraft if it is a brand new and unactivated aircraft or an aircraft activated within the last 48 hours. Please note that DJI Care Refresh is only eligible in the region where it is purchased. To ensure you can enjoy the service normally, DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region.
- If the conditions are not met, please apply for online video verification of your product. After approval, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh within 72 hours of receiving the purchase notification.
- Renewal: DJI Neo does not support DJI Care Refresh renewal.
