    The pickup pattern of the WH20 is cardioid (unidirectional). More gain is achieved before feedback, and undesired sound sources like air conditioners, musical instruments, and loudspeakers are isolated. To account for the proximity impact that cardioid microphones have when used for close talk, a properly designed frequency response comprises a voice-frequency presence peak and a low-frequency roll-off. An inbuilt elastic CROAKIES band securely fastens the headset headband. Adjusting the gooseneck, wireframe, and headband can accommodate any head size or shape.
