This IR-corrected varifocal lens incorporates improved optical glass with eight groups and 13 elements to deliver enhanced clarity, contrast, and color accuracy across the zoom range.
Covering a versatile 3.8–16mm focal length, the lens provides a wide 148° to 35.8° diagonal field of view on 1/1.7" sensors, allowing both wide-angle coverage and tighter framing from a single lens. A fast f/1.4 maximum aperture supports strong low-light performance, while the DC auto iris automatically adjusts exposure for changing lighting conditions.
