Overview

The Sennheiser MKE 1 Miniature Lavalier Microphone is an ultra-compact, professional lavalier microphone designed for discreet placement in hair, clothing, on the body, accessories, props and other locations where a conventional lavalier may be too visible. With a capsule diameter of just 3.3 mm, it is Sennheiser's smallest professional lavalier microphone, making it particularly well suited to broadcast, theatre, film, television and live performance applications.

The MKE 1 delivers natural, transparent audio with excellent speech intelligibility and clear, pleasant high-frequency reproduction. Its omnidirectional pickup pattern and wide frequency response provide full, natural sound with low ambient noise.

A Kevlar-reinforced 1 mm diameter cable provides excellent durability while remaining flexible and minimising handling and surface noise. The microphone's moisture-resistant construction and protective membrane provide high resistance to sweat, making it suitable for demanding performance environments.

The MKE 1 features a 3.5 mm connection compatible with Sennheiser EW series wireless transmitters and includes flexible tubes for discreet attachment using clips or adhesive tape.
