The SmallRig RC 100C COB LED Monolight Lite Version is an exceptionally portable and versatile lighting solution designed to meet the needs of creators, vloggers, and photographers who require bright, flexible lighting on the move. Weighing just 726 grams (1.6 lb) and housed in a compact, palm-sized body, the RC 100C offers an impressive bi-colour temperature range from 2500K to 10,000K, making it ideal for a variety of video and photography applications. Perfect for outdoor shoots and creators on the go, the Lite version includes a mini reflector to achieve a focused 45° beam angle, delivering up to 11,000 lux at 1 metre (3.3') when used at 5600K. The bare fixture itself produces 3650 lux, ensuring strong, consistent lighting in any setup.

Offering a range of flexible power options, the RC 100C supports USB-C, DC, and BP/mini XLR inputs and can be powered via an optional AC to DC power adapter or a 140W PD USB-C source. Battery compatibility includes V-mount and NP-F batteries, with support for separately available SmallRig VB99, VB155, VB99 SE, and VB212 mini V-mount batteries, as well as NP-F970 USB-C rechargeable batteries and select battery grip handles. It is also compatible with the optional SmallRig 130W AC to DC adapter for direct wall socket operation. (Batteries and some accessories are sold separately.)

Colour rendering is highly accurate with a CRI of 96+, TLCI of 98+, SSI of 84 (3200K), and TM-30 Rf/Rg ratings of 94/102, guaranteeing faithful and professional-quality colour reproduction. Featuring 12 built-in lighting effects and four custom presets, alongside support for HSI, RGBCW, and GEL modes, the RC 100C Lite offers more than 36,000 colour options for creative expression. A 3.5 cm (1.4") LCD colour display allows for easy monitoring of light settings, and two independent adjustment knobs provide quick, precise control of brightness and colour temperature.

Conveniently, the RC 100C Lite supports wireless control via the SmallGoGo app, and is DMX-compatible through a separately available adapter, expanding its control options for more complex lighting setups. Built with SmallRig’s cooling technology, the unit maintains efficient operation even during extended shoots. Its rugged yet lightweight build, made from V-0 flame-retardant PC and ABS materials with a reinforced metal base, reduces weight by 30% compared to traditional aluminium alloy designs. Fully compatible with SmallRig’s mini mount modifiers and adaptable to Bowens accessories with an optional adapter, the RC 100C Lite Version is a highly portable, reliable, and flexible choice for any creator seeking powerful lighting in a compact form.
