The BirdDog Pod NDI to USB Webcam Converter provides a simple, flexible way to bring NDI video sources into conferencing, streaming, and production applications as a standard USB webcam. Designed for meeting rooms, studios, and professional AV environments, Pod automatically detects NDI sources on your network and converts them for use over USB.

Featuring a Gigabit Ethernet port for network connectivity and four dedicated soft-touch buttons, Pod makes it easy to switch between up to four NDI sources. Each numbered button provides quick access to a different source, letting users switch cameras without navigating complicated software menus.

The USB Type-C output is compatible with a wide range of applications that support USB webcam inputs, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. Pod also supports API control, providing integration options for customised conferencing and room-control systems.

For clean installations, Pod supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), allowing compatible network switches to provide both network connectivity and power through a single Ethernet cable. Its compact design is complemented by a rubberised grip ring on the base to help keep the unit securely positioned on a desk or meeting room table.

With automatic NDI source detection, physical source selection, USB webcam output, and API support, the BirdDog Pod provides a straightforward way to integrate network-based video into modern conferencing and streaming workflows.
