The KUMO 1616 has an embedded Linux operating system and internal Web server, which provide Web browser control via 10/100/1000 Ethernet with no need for additional software.

    The mini-USB port provides easy configuration of the router IP address and simplifies network configurations. The unit's compact 1 RU size makes it suitable for edit suites, mobile sports trucks, corporate video installations, and live theatrical A/V rigs while its HTTP support gives you a wide range of powerful control options. This router can be integrated with existing infrastructure using the industry-standard grass valley native protocol over RS-422 or Ethernet.
