The Aputure NOVA II 1x1 Tunable Color LED Light Panel is a high-performance 500W full-color LED panel designed for cinematographers, gaffers, and lighting professionals who need powerful, precise, and reliable illumination in a compact form factor. Building on the capabilities of Aputure's larger NOVA II 2x1, the NOVA II 1x1 combines professional color accuracy, advanced control, and a rugged IP65-rated weather-sealed design for demanding studio and location productions.

At the heart of the fixture is Aputure's BLAIR-CG chipset, featuring seven LED emitters—blue, lime, amber, indigo, red, cyan, and green—to provide an expansive 1800 to 20,000K color temperature range. Plus/minus green adjustment allows users to precisely match ambient sources or create creative color contrasts. With CRI 95, TLCI 95, TM-30 Rf 95 / Rg 100, CQS 96, and SSI 90 at 3200K / 86 at 5600K, the NOVA II 1x1 delivers accurate, natural-looking color for color-critical film, television, broadcast, and photographic applications.

The fixture provides impressive output through its native 35° beam angle, producing up to 108,200 lux at 1 m at 5600K. The included flat diffuser expands the beam angle to 95° while maintaining smooth and even illumination. Stepless dimming from 0.1 to 100% is supported with four dimming curves—linear, exponential, logarithmic, and S-curve—giving lighting professionals precise control over output.

Advanced control options include onboard controls, 16-bit DMX512, LumenRadio CRMX, Art-Net, sACN, Bluetooth, and the Sidus Link / Sidus Link Pro apps. The NOVA II 1x1 also features two locking Ethernet ports, lead-follow and Studio modes, 15 built-in lighting effects, and 10 savable presets. Firmware can be updated individually or in batches through Sidus Link, Sidus Link Pro, USB, or DMX, making it particularly useful for rental houses and multi-light production environments.

For professional on-set workflows, the fixture incorporates four DMX-controllable fan modes—Smart, High, Medium, and Silent—and supports both maximum and constant output modes. Aputure's QuickClip front-mounting accessory ecosystem provides a fast and convenient way to attach compatible light-shaping accessories, simplifying modifier changes during production.

Built for demanding environments, the NOVA II 1x1 features an IP65-rated housing that provides protection against dust and water. Its removable yoke offers flexible rigging options, while the compact fixture measures approximately 16 x 15.4 x 14.2" without the yoke and weighs 21 lb / 9.5 kg, or 25 lb / 11.3 kg with the yoke. The fixture operates from 100 to 240 VAC and includes a 19.6' AC power cable and 1.6' safety chain.
