The DJI RC Pro 2 Remote Controller is a professional-grade controller designed to provide enhanced precision, control, and viewing accuracy for compatible DJI drones, including the Mavic 4 Pro, Mini 4 Pro, Air 3S, and Air 3. Featuring a large built-in high-brightness display, advanced transmission technology, and intelligent operating features, the RC Pro 2 is designed for professional aerial photography, videography, and demanding flight applications.

At the centre of the RC Pro 2 is a bright 7.02" Mini-LED display with 1920 × 1200 resolution, 10-bit colour support, HDR contrast, and coverage of 98% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The high-fidelity screen accurately reproduces D-Log, D-Log M, and HLG footage, with assistive display functions to help capture and monitor professional-quality video. The adjustable display lifts from the controller using an integrated stand, allowing users to set the preferred viewing angle, while the dual control sticks automatically rise into position. The screen can also rotate into portrait orientation for vertical video capture.

With DJI O4+ transmission technology and enterprise-level multibeam high-gain 2T4R antennas, the RC Pro 2 delivers a stable, low-interference connection with compatible drones at distances of up to 18.6 miles (30 km) under optimal conditions. This ensures a reliable live view feed and responsive control during long-range flights.

The RC Pro 2 features intelligent automatic operation for faster deployment. Raising the display automatically powers on the controller and extends the thumb sticks, while lowering the display folds the sticks away and places the controller into a low-power sleep mode. This streamlined design allows pilots to quickly resume operation without manually powering the controller on and off.

For compatible drones such as the DJI Mavic 4 Pro and Mini 4 Pro, the controller supports synchronised vertical video, allowing the display to rotate into portrait mode while the drone gimbal adjusts in real time. This provides an accurate preview for social media content and vertical-format productions.

The Dynamic Home Point feature improves safety when operating from moving vehicles by continuously updating the return-to-home location, allowing the drone to return closer to the pilot’s current position. Beginners can also build confidence using the integrated flight simulator, which recreates real-world flying conditions, control interfaces, dynamic obstacles, and transmission challenges without requiring an actual flight.

Additional features include Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, built-in microphone recording, HDMI video-only output for connection to external monitors, GPS/Galileo/BeiDou positioning support, and 128GB internal storage with expansion via microSD cards up to 64GB. The controller includes intuitive physical controls, including a dial and five-dimensional buttons for easy operation, even when wearing gloves.
