The Godox QR-P60T Quick Release Parabolic Softbox is a compact and efficient lighting modifier designed to simplify setup while delivering soft, controlled illumination. Measuring 23.6" (60 cm) in diameter, this parabolic softbox features a quick-release design that allows photographers and videographers to start shooting with minimal setup time. Its parabolic shape produces a soft, even light with a slightly punchy, crisp edge, making it ideal for portrait work, product photography, and video production. For additional light control, an optional grid can be added to further narrow the beam and reduce spill.
The QR-P60T features a highly reflective silver interior that maximizes light output while maintaining flattering illumination. It includes both inner and outer diffusers that can be used together, individually, or removed entirely to adjust the softness and contrast of the light. This flexibility allows creators to quickly tailor the lighting style to suit different shooting conditions and creative preferences.
Designed for speed and convenience, the softbox uses a click-lock quick setup mechanism. Simply lift each rod until it clicks securely into place on the speed ring; for even faster setup, two opposing rods can be raised simultaneously. When it’s time to pack down, each rod can be released by slightly lifting it while pressing the integrated release button, allowing for quick and effortless breakdown.
Built with a Bowens S mount, the QR-P60T is widely compatible with many Godox strobes and continuous lights, making it a versatile addition to existing lighting setups.
