Use with Canon XA10 and Manfrotto tripod. Plugged it in and it just works. So handy - best upgrade I have made!I use it for filming student presentations and assemblies. No bumping! Excellent product. Will be buying another for second camera.

For remote control on a Tripod, this is a great accessory. Noiseless when zooming because your hands do not touch the Camera, is why I brought this.No hands at all on the camera = no operator noise when filming.
