The Metabones Lens Adapter for Nikon F-Mount G-Type Lenses to Leica L-Mount provides a durable, lightweight way to use select Nikon F-mount lenses on Leica, Sigma, and Panasonic L-mount cameras. Designed to maintain infinity focus, the adapter features aluminium alloy construction with brass mounting rings for reduced weight and long-term durability.
An integrated aperture-control ring provides eight stops of manual aperture adjustment for Nikon G-type lenses without an aperture ring, as well as Nikon AI and many post-Nikon AI lenses. The adapter does not provide electronic communication, autofocus, VR, or electronic aperture control, and is not compatible with Nikon E-series or PC Tilt-Shift lenses.
For added versatility, the adapter features a matte black internal coating that helps minimise unwanted reflections and glare inside the barrel. A detachable tripod foot with 1/4"-20 threads is also included and supports Arca-type tripod heads, making the adapter suitable for larger lens setups.
