The SmallRig 5954 “HawkLock” Quick Release Cage is a professional-grade protective and expansion solution designed specifically for the Canon EOS R6 Mark III and R6 Mark II. Engineered for reliability in demanding production environments, the cage securely mounts to the camera via a bottom 1/4"-20 screw and dual side locating blocks, while integrated silicone padding ensures a tight, scratch-free fit. It maintains full access to all essential camera controls, including buttons, card slots, the vari-angle screen, and battery compartment.
At the core of its design is SmallRig’s patented “HawkLock” quick release system, enabling true one-touch, tool-free operation. The bidirectional self-locking mechanism allows rapid attachment and detachment of accessories without additional tightening, significantly improving workflow efficiency for fast-paced shooting environments.
Built for maximum expandability, the cage features H21 NATO rails on the top and both sides, allowing quick attachment of compatible top handles, monitor mounts, and magic arms.
