The Tilta Full Camera Cage for Nikon ZR cinema cameras is a versatile rig solution that adds mounting points and quick-release functionality without compromising mobility. Designed for flexible configurations, it can be used fully assembled or as an L-bracket with an ergonomic wooden grip and an Arca-type quick-release baseplate, ensuring unobstructed access to all buttons, ports, and the hot shoe.
Constructed from durable aluminium alloy, the cage is lightweight yet robust, weighing just 140 g as an L-bracket and 190 g fully assembled. The bottom plate attaches securely via a 1/4"-20 screw, while the top plate locks into place with multiple screws and a security block. The front of the baseplate includes two M3 threads to support Tilta’s separately available ARRI PL-mount lens adapter. Accessories such as a multifunctional screwdriver, 3/8"-16 to 1/4"-20 thread adapter, and cable clamp for USB-C and micro-HDMI are included for added convenience and protection.
The cage offers extensive mounting options with multiple anti-twist 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads, a top cold shoe, and a quick-release baseplate compatible with DJI gimbals, tripods, and other Arca-type receivers. Its modular design and ergonomic grip make it ideal for on-the-go setups while maintaining full rigging capability and improved camera protection.
