Built around a standard Bowens mount, the Light Box 45 × 45 offers wide compatibility with a range of Aputure and amaran LED fixtures. It comes with a Bowens-mount speed-ring adapter and pairs seamlessly with lights such as the Aputure LS 300d II, LS 300x, and the amaran COB 60d, COB 60x, and COB 100/200 series. This makes it a versatile solution for transforming hard point-source LEDs into soft, controlled lighting suited to almost any creative application.
Designed with portability in mind, the softbox features a lightweight four-rod construction that sets up quickly and folds flat for transport. Weighing just 680 g (1.5 lb), it’s easy to pack into the included carry bag for shooting on location or travelling between sets. The Light Box 45 × 45 also includes 1.5-stop and 2.5-stop removable diffusers to customise softness, along with a 45° fabric grid that provides greater directional control and helps reduce spill.
