4. Supplier and Partner Expectations: We expect our suppliers and business partners to:

  • Comply with all applicable labour laws and human rights standards.

  • Implement policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery in their operations.

  • Allow audits and assessments to verify compliance with anti-slavery principles.

  • Report any instances of modern slavery or unethical labour practices.

5. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment: To identify and mitigate risks of modern slavery, Videoguys Australia will:

  • Conduct risk assessments to identify high-risk areas in our supply chain.

  • Require suppliers to complete ethical sourcing questionnaires.

  • Monitor compliance through audits, supplier evaluations, and industry collaborations.

6. Reporting and Whistleblowing: Employees, suppliers, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any concerns related to modern slavery through our confidential reporting mechanism. Videoguys Australia will investigate all reports and take appropriate action to address violations.
