SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO UHS-I SDXC Memory Card

The SanDisk 256GB Extreme PRO UHS-I SDXC Memory Card is designed for SD devices that can record Full HD, 3D, and 4K video in addition to raw and burst photography. It has a capacity of 256GB, is UHS-I bus compatible, and has a speed class rating of V30, which ensures minimum write speeds of 30 MB/s. This card also supports the U3 standard, which likewise ensures minimum write rates of 30 MB/s, in case your device does not support the V30 standard. Write speeds are limited to 140 MB/s, but read speeds are supported up to 200 MB/s. A built-in write-protect switch aids in preventing card data from being unintentionally erased.

This card can be used in devices that do not support UHS-I, V30, or U3, even though it was made for cameras that are compatible with these formats. Remember that this card will then automatically switch to the speed class and bus rating of your device, such as Class 10, which also offers minimum write rates of 10 MB/s, or UHS-I and U1, which support minimum write speeds of 10 MB/s.

You can use this memory card in cold climates like snow, deserts, and swimming pools because it is waterproof, shockproof, and X-rayproof, much like the majority of SanDisk cards. It can also survive temperatures between -25 to 85°C.
